Bike Services

Eastside Cycleworks has a full service department and works on all shapes and sizes of bicycles. We will use superior communication to discuss what your bike needs and what we recommend addressing. As always, we provide a no-pressure and no-judgement environment. We love all bikes, no matter how old, new, or banged up.

A common question that we receive is “Will you build my bike that I bought online?” Our answer: Absolutely.

Whether you have a mountain bike, gravel bike, or some other two-wheeled vessel, our service department has you covered. Our team of experienced mechanics execute highly-complex repairs from custom wheelbuilds to 200/hr suspension overhauls.

Our goal is to keep your bike in optimal condition by carefully assessing your bike and recommending services from there.

Our Process

  • Drop your bike off at Eastside Cycleworks
  • One of our mechanics will put the bike in the stand and go over it with a fine-tooth comb. We will evaluate and measure drivetrain wear, check your frame bearings, evaluate your brakes, check wheel tension, etc etc.
  • Within 48 hours of dropping your bike off, we will text you a quote with our recommendations.
  • Upon receiving this quote, you can authorize the recommended services or elect to only do part of the quote. It is your decision. Our job is to be thorough and present you with what the bike needs. From there, you decide how much or little of the project you would like to proceed with.
  • Once authorized we will execute the repair.
