Do you do drop offs?

We can accommodate drop-offs within the city of Leavenworth on an as-needed basis. Given our convenient location and the compact nature of the city of Leavenworth, we are within walking distance from many hotels and vacation rentals. Please email to inquire about setting up a drop-off and pricing information.

Do you rent other protective equipment besides a helmet?

We provide helmets with all of our rentals. We do not offer gloves, knee pads, or elbow guards with rentals. We do have all of the aforementioned items in stock at all times.

What if I am late to return (after 5pm)?

If you do not drop your rental bike off before 5:00 PM on the day it’s due, it MUST be dropped at/before 9:00 AM the following day. We will charge a $20 late fee. The reason for the late fee is that we prep all rental bikes the night before for the following day’s reservations. There is a chance somebody is coming to pick up the late bike at 9:00 AM and we need time to clean it, run through it, and set it up for the new customer.

Late rentals that are not back by 9:00 AM will be charged for an additional day.

What is your cancellation policy (if booking in advance)?

If you wish to cancel your rental reservation, we can offer a raincheck for a different date or store credit.

Do you rent bike racks for my vehicle?

We offer bike rack and tailgate pad rentals. We have hitch bike racks for 1 1/4-inch and 2-inch hitch receivers and tailgate pads for pickup trucks. For tailgate pads, we offer two sizes, a medium for mid-sized trucks like a Toyota Tacoma or Ford Ranger and a large for full-sized trucks like a Ford F-150 and Toyota Tundra. These can be reserved on the Reservation Page.

Do you offer damage insurance?

We offer a damage protection program for $8/day. This program serves as a cost-share program should you damage the bike or break a component. We will discuss the particulars in detail upon pickup of your rental bike.

Do you rent or provide bike locks?

We provide bike locks with all of our electric cruiser and hardtail mountain bikes. This way, you can pop into a store or stop for a beverage. We still recommend sitting near the bicycle as no lock is invincible and theft does happen.

Can I bring the bike to Stevens Pass Bike Park?

Yes, you can bring our bikes to Steven’s Pass. We recommend our long travel bikes like the Rocky Mountain Altitude as they are best suited for those rough trails.

Do you rent kids' mountain bikes?

Yes, we offer two full-suspension kid’s bikes, the Rocky Mountain Reaper 24 and Reaper 26. Young riders who are 4′ 3″ and up should fit on these bikes.

What is the process for buying one of your demo bikes?

Simply let us know that you are interested. Either call the shop or email and let us know which bike you are interested in. Some bikes will be available on a rolling basis while others will be sold in the fall. We have a waitlist for demo bikes. If you are interested in one, we recommend reaching out ASAP. Once the bike is available, we start calling customers on the waitlist in the order in which we received their information.

Do you rent child seats?

We do not rent child seats or trailers. Unfortunately, it is a liability issue.

Do you recommend booking online or in person?

We highly recommend booking online if you plan on riding on the weekend. This ensures that you are able to reserve the bike that you want to ride. In addition, it gets you out on the trail more efficiently. Walk-in rentals are great and we can usually find a bike that fits what your looking for.

I want to buy a new bike. If I demo one of your bikes will my demo fees apply to the sale of a new bike?

Yes, we can apply two days’ worth of demo/rental fees to the purchase of a new bike.
